Our client is a rapidly growing main contractor who specialise in providing services to the Oil and Gas sector, predominantly in the North Sea. They are a £100 million division of a larger £300 million Plc and have a reputation for excellence among their clients who include many of the North Sea?s blue-chip operators.


The Offshore division has grown from £5million to £100million in the last five years and a need has been identified to create a new position of Operations Director to support the Managing Director.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - ROLE PROFILE

Circa £100,000 basic salary (negotiable) and a strong package to attract the best, including relocation assistance for York.


Purpose: To take overall responsibility for all aspects of the operations in the UK (with European ambitions), covering all strategic operational dimensions, including financial, customer service and change management, ensuring the business remains competitive and profitable.
